First date
While listening to a custom playlist, we started the night at White Rabbit, then Rhapsody, and ended with late night omelettes at Mel's Diner.

Music has always been an integral part of our relationship right from the start. Many playlists and many musical cross-influences later, Brant introduced Katie to "Silent Alarm", the album by Bloc Party, and immediately Katie loved it.
"So Here We Are" by Bloc Party is a recognition of just that.
Here we are, no expectations, no stress... just us.

This song was written through the summer of 2017 during some late nights and lots of gin. It's theme is a reset of both of our lives this year.

Truly a surprise. The 1 year anniversary party turned into an Engagement party when the ring was completed early! Exactly one year to the hour on the same seats at the same bar of our first date. White Rabbit, Waterloo.
